

The Baltimore City Committee (also known as "ABCD/Baltimore") focuses it work on issues of particular concern to agencies working in Baltimore, with the following vision:
"The Baltimore City Committee of the Maryland ABCD Network envisions a healthy and productive environment that supports community revitalization in Baltimore City."
Monthly meetings focus on actions that work towards this vision. Meetings are on the third Friday of every month, 9:00am – 11:00am, at various locations around the City.
The Committee played an active role in the development of plans for the use of ARRA funds, and is monitoring their use.

City Leadership Team: The Leadership Team guides the City Committee by identifying issues of importance to ABCD members, facilitating strategy development and setting priorities.
Code Enforcement: Advocates for changes in the code enforcement systems.Public Resources: Advocates for fair and equitable use of public resources so they are used strategically for asset building and community development. This subcommittee also develops recommendations for the Consolidated Plan and related documents and public processes.
Land Bank: Advocates for the development and implementation of a high functioning Land Bank in Baltimore to be used for responsible redevelopment.
